Das modern eingerichtete 1- Zimmer-Apartment mit Küche, Bad und Balkon befindet sich in der 2. Etage eines sanierten Berliner Altbaus. Das Apartment ist voll ausgestattet und wird kaum Wünsche offenlassen. Das Besondere unseres Apartments ist eine kleine Berlin - Fotogalerie.  Zur Begrüßung steht für Sie ein Glas Sekt bereit. Das gesamte Apartment ist eine Nichtraucherwohnung und für Allergiker geeignet. Tiere sind leider nicht erlaubt.

Das Apartment befindet sich im Szenebezirk Friedrichshain,

unweit des Boxhagener Platzes und der S-Bahn Station Ostkreuz.  

Die hervorragende Infrastruktur,gute Restaurants und Frühstückscafes, Bars, Clubs, Fashionstores, Schuhläden und viele weitere individuelle Shops, sowie die sehr gute BVG- Anbindung ( S- Bahn, Bus, Tram) machen diese Lage bei Touristen so beliebt. Haltestellen zum Berliner Hauptbahnhof und vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten sowie kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustür.

The modern equiped studio appartment with kittchen, bathroom and balkony is located on the 2nd floor of a reconstructed old building in Berlin. The appartment is full equiped and does leave nothing to be desired.
Special to our appartment is a small Berlin- picture gallery.
Salutory one glass of sparkling wine is available for you.

The appartment is located in the absolute in area Berlin-Friedrichshain. This is not far away from the Boxhagener Platz. 

The good infrastructure, nice restaurantes for dinner and breakfast, pubs, night clubs, fashion stores, shoe shops and a good public transport connection (tram, rail, bus) popularizes this location by lots of tourists.
There are stages to the Berliner Hauptbahnhof and lots of sights. There are also parking areas for free in front of the house.
